Job Responsibilities
Management and verification of computerized systems;
2. Compliance support: Develop, update and implement standard operating procedures (Sops) and documents related to IT systems, support audit and regulatory inspection activities, and collaborate with the quality department to ensure that IT systems comply with GLP/CNAS requirements.
3. Data integrity and security assurance: Ensure the traceability of system configurations related to GLP/CNAS associated test data, manage user permissions and access control;
4. Permission management work, manage public disks, implement appropriate access control measures, and regularly review permission Settings;
5. Change management: Participate in the change control process, including risk assessment and testing, and maintain the system change history record.
6. Support the company's overall IT business and cross-departmental collaboration, be responsible for the company's network security, and assist in handling other daily IT issues of the company's personnel.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields;
2. Be familiar with laboratory information systems and understand the application of cloud computing and virtualization technologies in GLP environments;
3. Have an in-depth understanding of basic network knowledge and IT infrastructure, and be aware of regulatory requirements such as 21 CFR PART 11 and EU GMP annex 11;
4. Possess a spirit of teamwork, have good oral and written communication skills, pay attention to details, and have a sense of quality and service.
